It is used to drop off the worn components in the oil, the worn metal powder and the worn rubber impurities in the seal, so as to keep the oil in the return oil slightly clean, it is beneficial to the circulation of oil in the system. The utility model can be divided into four types of fiber type, paper type, net type and line gap type. Chemical Fiber type than paper type, over-temperature effect is good, high precision, chemical fiber type and paper type core leakage plug after cleaning more difficult, therefore, must replace the temperature core. INTRODUCTION

The utility model can be divided into four types of fiber type, paper type, net type and line gap type. Chemical Fiber type than paper type, over-temperature effect is good, high precision, chemical fiber type and paper type core leakage plug after cleaning more difficult, therefore, must replace the temperature core. The dropper is equipped with a pressure difference transmitting device. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the oil outlet reaches 0.35 MPA due to the blockage of the source core, a switch signal is sent out. The temperature core should be cleaned or replaced at this time. The temperature core of the superheater is made of glass fiber filter material. It has the advantages of high overtemperature precision, high oil-passing ability, less original pressure loss and large pollution-holding capacity. Its over-temperature precision is calibrated with absolute over-temperature precision, over-temperature efficiency NN99.5% , in accordance with ISO standard.
These series filters are return line ones. The filter element of QU-A, ZU-A, WU- A, XU-A series the four types which are glass fibre, paper, wire mesh & notched wire while that of XU-A series is of wound brass wire. They have the same working pressure but different filtration fineness. Differential pressure indicatorwill act when the pressure drop across filter element attains 0.35MPa.
