2. When the leaking core is blocked and needs to be cleaned or replaced, just open the upper cover of the superheater to take out the dripping core for cleaning or replacement, which is very convenient.

3. The oil outlet of the superheater is provided with a leakage core blocking transmitter, which has two functions of visual and automatic transmission. By observing the indicator on the transmitter, we can know the blockage of the leakage core at any time. When the dripping core is blocked and the vacuum degree of oil outlet reaches 0.03mpa, the transmitter will send a signal. At this time, stop the machine to clean or replace the heater core.

4. A bypass valve is set on the upper part of the temperature core. When the alarm of the transmitter fails to deal with the fault immediately, and the vacuum degree of the oil outlet rises to 0.032mpa, the bypass valve will open automatically, and the oil circuit will be opened separately, so as to protect the leaker from damage, avoid the phenomenon of air suction of the oil pump, and ensure the normal operation of the system.

5. During the operation of the system, when the oil flows through the inner chamber of the core, the pollutants exceeding the over temperature accuracy of the core will be blocked in the core and concentrated in the core. When the core is cleaned or replaced, the pollution will be brought out together with the core, so as to prevent the pollutants that have been leaked from falling into the oil tank again when the core is replaced, so as to maintain the cleanliness of the oil.
